- The bitsquare project released a new version of their client. Bitsquare is a "cross-platform desktop application that allows users to trade national currency (dollars, euros, etc) for bitcoin without relying on centralized exchanges such as Coinbase, Bitstamp or (the former) Mt. Gox."
- Michael Hoffer has a presentation from a recent Devoxx conference about 'algorithmic 3-D modeling, language modeling and visual programming', where a lot of the technology he uses is JavaFX-based.
