  • Gerrit Grunwald has been mentioned a number of times this week. Firstly, he was interviewed about his experiences and thoughts on JavaFX. Secondly, he published another of his Friday Fun Components, this time a simple 'ChargeControl'. Finally, he is presenting a 'custom controls' talk to the Silicon Valley JavaFX Users Group on July 20. As usual this will be live-streamed, so you can attend from anywhere in the world.
  • Almas Baimagambetov let me know he has released an update to his FXGL project. FXGL is a JavaFX 8 Game Library written in Java and Kotlin.
  • Edvin Syse has posted updated documentation for the view model in TornadoFX. TornadoFX is a lightweight JavaFX Framework for Kotlin.
